We are looking for a fabulous Chef to work 2-3 days per week for a couple in the Brentwood/Palisades area.  The Husband loves Asian food and the wife is open to all different types of food.  They have one doggie who is very sweet and friendly.  Their Housekeeper leaves every day at 2:00pm, so we are looking for a Chef who is willing to cook, serve and clean up after dinner. We are looking for an experienced, kind and team player Chef to join this amazing family. You will be working typically Monday-Friday to serve lunch and dinner. They do have homes in Canada and Hawaii and would like for you to travel with them when they go (about 10-20% of the year.) This kind and generous couple keep their staff members for years!

Please have in-home experience, be wonderful with Mediterranean food, especially fish, love to cook Vegetarian based meals, Shabbat dinners and be flexible as the days can change at the last minute.

We are looking for a wonderful chef that loves cooking ethnic, farm to table that wants to work Monday – Friday. We would love someone that loves shopping at the farmers market. The husband is on a good diet that requires 6 small meals a day prepared in the house for the next day. The schedule is typically Monday – Friday 11:30 – 7:30. You will be responsible for the kitchen, the pantry, the refrigerator and everything food. If there is a dinner party, you can hire help, and this could be on a Saturday. The family takes vacations every couple months, so you will have plenty of time off. The estate manager in this home is lovely and kind, and the staff is so happy. The husband is lactose intolerant and cannot eat any butter, milk or cream.
They love lots of veggies and fish, shellfish (except for scallops), grass-fed beef and poultry. (No lamb, gamey meats, fishy fish or fried foods). 
They prefer gluten-free and anti-inflammatory foods but aren’t super strict about it. 

They have a lot of the basics in the pantry and and hope not to duplicate too much. The girls usually have their own menu and they have something different or try to tailor depending on food options.
They begin with an appetizer, and then entree with dessert for the girls (desserts can have dairy but try to stay healthier). 
The family would like someone Monday, Wednesday and Friday or Tuesday and Friday.
The fee is paid on books and no pets.
