There will be plenty of help for you. the ideal hours will be 7-4. Make breakfast and big lunch, and prep a few things for dinner. They love farm to table, and good healthy faire! Everything is served family style, so you need not plate. So, just be kid friendly and wear your toque, and keep your head to the grindstone!
