The family has two teenage kids – you will mostly be cooking for four people, however they do like to entertain and may host a weekly dinner party (you will have a minimum of 24 hours to prepare for these parties of up to 10 people.)

We want to find an amazing chef who is flexible to travel to the Hamptons and to Europe for up to two weeks at a time, so you should be flexible to travel (the family always gives ample notice!)

Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years full time experience as a private chef. Experience working in high end restaurants is also ideal.

In this home, the kitchen is your domain! You will be responsible for keeping the pantry and fridge stocked! We want to find a chef who is organized, and can keep track of when household staples like milk and eggs are running low. You will be responsible for all food shopping and ordering!

We are looking for a Chef to help a terrific couple in Palos Verdes throw a small festive FUN BBQ ON July 4th for up to 37 guests. It would be great if Chef can bring a bartender/server to help. We are looking for a creative, experienced, warm and down to earth Chef who is excited to make creative dinners, stock the pantry and fridge, as well as leave lunch, Monday-Friday about 1-7pm plus an occasional dinner party or brunch on the weekends. (If you work a weekend day, they will have you work one less day during the week.)

The family loves to stay on the healthier side but still loves their Indian Butter Chicken or great Chinese food in addition to farro salads or fresh poke bowls with the option of tofu or tuna. The wife is fully vegetarian, the husband has fish or chicken at home 1-2 times a week. They love flavor and having their Chef come up with interesting ways to elevate a gorgeous mushroom or butter lettuce salad.

They love to have fresh produce from the farmers market and appreciate seasonally driven menus. Dinner is usually served around 6:30pm and they will be so appreciative for you to keep the kitchen tidy, but they are not formal and do not need platted dinners when it’s just the two of them. They like to have dinner family style. This couple is lovely, and really likes to have their privacy, so it’s a more calm and quiet household.

This client would love a Chef who comes from a Michelin star restaurant or Chez Panisse and CIA Culinary school would be the cherry on top. They are casual foodies, and really appreciate having a wonderful Chef in their home.

One of our dearest friends is hosting Thanksgiving! They have a large family, the parents have four children and there are a collective four grandchildren and they are hosting another family. Total number of guests will be 14 adults and 6 children (ages 3-8.)

There are some meat lovers and some vegans. We are looking for a family style dinner that would include a turkey, salmon, vegan main, and mostly vegan sides that everyone can enjoy. There is a small dog in the house that will be around, but he’s super friendly and low key.
