The family enjoys all types fo cooking from dairy-free and low cal, to farm to table, healthy and clean food. There are two family members with allergies.

cooking for staff when necessary
Budgeting
Grocery shopping
pantry organization
baking
cleaning the kitchen (of course)
formal and informal table setting
holiday menu prep
birthday parties for themes children parties
bartending would also be a plus
keep the wine pantry stocked
composting and tending to the veggie garden
travel to other homes
pet food stock also, and cooking for pets 🙂

You will be supporting the Head Chef for this busy Producer and working M-F, from 8am-5pm (with the flexibility to work later hours.)

The perfect person is super flexible, service oriented, well versed on food trends and understands discretion when dealing with high profile cliental. You should be able to handle a salad bar and assist in cooking with the head chef and help in placing orders for staff lunch for an entire office. You will work in the home and in the office kitchens.

You will cooking three meals a day for this kind and midwestern family at their amazing vacation property 7 days a week for the next 6 weeks. Breakfast will be things like fluffy scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit, yogurt and gluten free pancakes. Lunch can be wraps, soups, salads etc. And dinner can be a protein like chicken and fresh veggies and dessert. The family will fly you to their property and you will do all their shopping, prepping, cooking, serving , and cleaning of the dishes and food. Family will likely do an extended trial first to see if it is a fit. Family pays a flat rate of $8000 for the full 6 weeks.
