Food is KETO-friendly and the boss will send recipes that you cook, pack, label & refrigerate. In a typical day you are cooking 3 entrees, a couple of sides, some salads and treats. You can start the day early shopping and finish by 3/4 pm. Our ideal candidate knows a thing or two about the ketogenic diet. The clean up is all yours as the housekeepers will not clean up after you. Family would like to trial you a few times and have you do some overlap with the current chef.

This is 10 lunches, 10 dinners and snacks for two people Monday – Friday. The couple is fine with you meal prepping most of the food so that all they have to do is pop it in the oven or heat a soup on the stove. This couple loves grain bowls, enchiladas, soups, salads etc. Please reach out and let us know what your weekly drop rate would be. There is a cat in the house. The couple does not want you to cook in their house, only do the drops.
