The NICEST family in Pacific Palisades is searching for a PART-TIME CHEF who can wow their palates two days a week, either Monday and Thursday or Tuesday and Friday. They would love the chef to make two meals in a day, lunch and dinner and leave breakfast for the morning. Mom and dad love spicy, ethnic foods. Mom is vegetarian and on a calorie restricted diet (1200 a day). Dad eats everything and likes things flavorful. The kids are more picky (they are 1 1 2 and 3) and only eat chicken and fish. Healthy and interesting ethnic foods from different parts of the world is what this couple loves. They use to be able to walk down the streets of NY and get Ethiopian, Thai, Mexican Mediterranean, even Greek food within a couple of blocks. Now they want this in their kitchen. It would be great if the chef can cook for and event here and there or if they want to entertain a day every so often on the weekend. There’s a cat in the house so not for someone with cat allergies. Otherwise, this is a lovely family that’s not afraid of a lot of flavor in their food. Let us know if you’re interested. Drop Off Chef Wanted: We are working with a super cool family in the Palisades. Both parent work … a LOT, and they need help feeding themselves and their two school-aged children. It would be IDEAL to have food dropped off every day Monday-Thursday. They would love dinners some items for breakfast and lunch (including more creative school lunches). Our client in the Holmby/Bel Air area is looking for a FT Chef to cook lunch and dinner, either Monday though Friday or Tuesday to Saturday. (The schedule may vary week to week, depending on what’s going on.) Typically, Chef cooks for three-four people (Husband/Wife/Nanny/2-year old child) and occasionally another couple will come by for dinner. This is family cooking — primarily low-salt (for dad), some nut allergies (2-year old) and vegetarian cooking a couple times a week.
