Wonderful Client in Brentwood is having a fourth of July Party for her 20 closest friends. Client is looking for someone who cooks delicious farm to table and can set up a beautiful buffet style meal for her guests. Dinner will be served at 8 p.m. promptly because there is a fireworks show at 9 p.m.
The simple menu will be Corn salad, brisket, beans and cherry pie. There is a bartender and a housekeeper to help . You will be responsible for the set up and clean up of the buffet and any mess you make in the kitchen. Please email us if you are interested with your rate ! This job starts tomorrow in Brentwood for three days . Must be a chef we have met and placed before.
Family needs breakfast and lunch for 2-4 people
and dinner 5-6 people. One of the kids is sick so they would like a few soup choices in the house. There are large dogs in the home. You will be responsible for shopping for the food (family reimburses) cooking it on site and cleaning up after yourself. There is a housekeeper to help with the family’s dishes.

They are steak and potatoes and, french fries, and good deli sandwiches etc. If the 8 days work out, they would probably like to hire you 3 to 4 days a week permanently. We are looking for an experienced Private Chef for 3 days November 30th through December 3rd. It’s to fill in for lunch service and a little inventory shop while their full time chef is away. They enjoy mostly plant based cuisine with seafood. They are healthy but love high end creative cooks. You would come in the morning, prepare lunch for two principles, stock the fridge, shop a couple times and then prep/cook a meal for dinner and leave in the fridge once or twice but not every day.
