Allergies include: gluten, fish (sole okay), nuts, coconut, dairy, sesame, and green peas. Some flexibility with allergens in meals as different people have different allergies.

Lovely client is in need of a fantastic chef to help get him into shape! He is on a strict workout regime and needs to have proper nutritious meals to complement the exercise and get his body where it needs to be.

You must have a strong culinary background to be considered. The perfect chef is a culinary school graduate with a nutrition background, experience working for high profile clients and various diets.

This will be BLD in the Hollywood Hills. The client does not need formal service. It is most important that the fridge is stocked with options and you will be there to do the cooking. There is some flexibility here.

This is a $250/day DOE position. You will be reimbursed for groceries and paid through payroll.

British Family will be at their Beverly Hills home celebrating a birthday. There are 7 adults and 7 kids under the age of 13. Mom wants an elegant bbq: fish and chicken for the adults, a salad, perhaps a grain and chicken and burgers for the children. Lunch served at 1 pm. They would like sweets – british tea style served at 4 pm. Please let us know your rate not including food. There is a housekeeper working at the home.

We are looking for a down-to-earth Chef who is fantastic with very CLEAN, HEALTHY, FARM TO TABLE cuisine. This Gentleman will be around most of the day and would like breakfast, lunch and dinner most days. He would like for you to go to the Santa Monica Farmer’s Market, SM Seafood, etc. to source your ingredients.

Formality is not necessary, but we do not want a prima donna! This is a no drama home, easy going demeanor is important. Hopefully you enjoy travel, as they have homes in different cities. The family does business lunches, which is the main meal of the day and then cook dinner for the kids and leave.. At east once a week they will want to entertain, maximum 6 to 8 people, but you will have as much help as you want. What ever you need or want is at your finger tips! They eat dinner early (6:30), and they would enjoy a beautifully set table, polished silver, and “pan fried steak: and pan fried potatoes, or a great roast from Vicente foods She was born in Argentina, and would love someone that understands her food culture along with cooking from “julia” or “joy of cooking” She would appreciate that you enjoy baking, (maybe even venture in making english muffins and jams to leave for breakfast) This position would be best served by a mature woman that loves to cook. We are looking for a full time chef to cook for a client downtown. The client is an Actor who is going on the Ketogenic diet. We are looking for a chef who has cooked this diet before, and understands the complexity of it. The client is looking for someone M-F, but the first few weeks may need someone to come 7 days a week (breakfast, lunch and dinner), until he gets into the rhythm of the intensity of the diet.
