Darling Brentwood family with three children is looking for a Monday Chef. You don’t plate and serve, however you do shop, cook in the home and clean up prior to leaving. We are looking for a chef that wants to cook 4 family dinners 4 nights a week for the month of July. This family is used to having a chef, but is NOT looking for someone creative, or who cares terribly much about what the presentations is. This chef should be content making plain simple meals that the family wants and is simply happy to follow the family wishes. There are many dietary restrictions that make this a very simple gig. The wife only eats simple broiled chicken breast, vegetables with no oil, and lots of fruit. The husband and the son both eat pretty simply but they eat other protein, and don’t mind garlic etc. Think steak houses that will cook simply on a grill, or steam or bar-b-q.
