Fabulous Brentwood foodies in search for a full time private chef so they can start dining on home cooked meals that won’t make them miss their favorite restaurant dishes. Think Georgio Baldi, Providence, Matsuhisa and Destroyer. This lovely couple does not cook at all. They also do not like left overs and hate wasting food so very important to get the servings sizes just right. The kitchen will be your domain. This is your palate for creativity and service. The couple is looking to have lunch and dinner along with two snacks a day. They are focused on farm to table, fresh fare and want to lean on the healthier side without compromising deliciousness. They are excited to meet you – if you’re super experienced and have the flare to make their kitchen an oasis of tastes and flavors from around the globe (they like ethnic foods especially middle eastern and Mexican) please send us your resume. Must have restaurant and private home experience. Must be fully vaccinated and boosted and have verifiable references. Must also be pet – friendly or at least not allergic to dogs.

This is an incredible opportunity for a skilled Chef who is excited to join a wonderful team! Do you love exploring Japanese cuisine and sourcing the finest ingredients? You’ll get to work with an incredible team, lead by one of the best Estate Managers in the country. You will get to cook fun and adventurous meals for dinner parties, and you’ll enjoy collaborating with the trainer to make sure dietary goals are accomplished. Please have a service heart and a no job is too big or too small mentality. You are in charge of everything in the kitchen, and will enjoy working with a great tight knit staff, though as times you’ll work together to make sure all goals are accomplished. We would love someone who has at 2-3 years of working as a Private Chef or top notch restaurant experience and truly understands how to cater to the Principal’s culinary requests. A flexible mindset and a smile is appreciated here!

As the Private Chef, you be in charge of:

-2 Primary Clients w/additional Business Lunches/Dinners as requested and/or occasional House Guests (location in SoHo)
-Monday-Friday:  Lunch and Dinner (occasional weekend Dinner Party)
-Prepare Daily Healthy Meals (LA Chef can provide Guidance)
-Typically serve Family Style unless requested differently
-Knowledge of Sushi/Japanese Cuisine Must (non negotiable)
-Knowledge of Brazilian Cuisine a Plus
-Stock Pantry/Fridge with Healthy Snacks, Beverages, and Weekend Items & maintain Inventory
-Provide meals for Plane when needed
-Salary: 150-200k + medical insurance + PTO
