The two older children are elementary aged and the youngest is an infant so knowledge of all age groups and understanding of all the developmental milestones is important. We are looking for the most flexible nanny for a creative and sweet 9 year old boy. Mom is a photographer and has a very erratic schedule. There are two little dogs in the house.
