We are looking for a Nanny with a super high EQ who can handle a lovely but challenging child who is on the spectrum. Mom and Dad prefer to talk her through periods of dis-regulation versus bending to her will and while they (and their long-time Nanny) will gladly take lots of time to train the new hire — they prefer to find someone who can hit the ground running and will know what to do. There’s also a social component to the position.
