We are looking for a part time babysitter for our 1 year old little boy. We would love to have someone who is flexible to work a few afternoons per week (2 or 3). 

This person should love babies, have at least 3-4 years of INFANT experience, as well as excellent local references. In addition this person should be comfortable being in the house with Mom, as she is often around with the babysitter. We are a happy, easy going family who responds to our child with sensitivity and patience. We are looking for someone who will respect our parenting style, and treat our little boy with love. We would also love this person to be willing to help with light housework and errands if Mom is with baby. 

Candidates absolutely MUST have experience with newborns to age 2. We will not consider anyone without infant experience. We would love to find someone majoring in early childhood development, or someone who works with another family and is looking for more hours.
