The hours will typically be daytime hours Tuesday/Wed/Th/Friday and later hours on Saturday when/if Mom wants to go out. In other words, candidates should be flexible. Mom works from home so she will be nearby, but has a demanding job that requires her full attention. That said — she may occasionally want to take the baby to Mommy & Me so you should be willing to help out with organization, tidying the house, doing the baby’s laundry, doing errands, going to the market and basically assisting as Mom’s right hand doing anything and everything.
