Position can be live in if you prefer there is a nanny car and an apartment adjacent to the family home. Mom is needing 40 -45 hours. Duties include light housekeeping , organizing and true childcare. It would be great if you can help with homework as the kids are in a school Pod in Malibu. We are looking for a flexible nanny who would love 40 hours a week guaranteed, but who can be flexible when those hours get scheduled. Most of the time, they will be during the week (M-F) but there could be some weekends needed as well. For the most part, you will not work more than three days a week but you will be paid as though this is a full time job of 40 hours a week.

Ideally this role is to cover the main nannies when they are sick or need time off to ensure everyone gets time off, and there is always coverage for the children (ages 3 to 6.)
