The mom is looking for someone calm and flexible and who can travel international when the kids are ready. The perfect person can identify all the development milestones and maybe has a background in childhood education. Other important information about the family: Must be legal to work in US , drive and have a car, and be able to travel international ( not now but later when the kids are older). The boys sleep in the same room and the nanny has her own bedroom.
