Working parents in Santa Monica want a very experienced mature newborn specialist and nanny. The position is long days ; sometimes 12 hours and must be very flexible. This is not the right job for you if you have something at night or you need to get home to small children. We are looking for someone who can multi task ; take care of their home, go to the market and make sure the fridge is stocked, meet vendors if necessary, run errands etc. When the baby is sleeping we are looking for someone open to doing light housekeeping. We have a housekeeper but we need a team player who can make the beds, load a dishwasher , do a couple of loads of laundry. There are two other children in the house who are at school everyday until 4 p.m. The older siblings have a baby sitter who will bring them home from school and stay for a few hours. Although the position is mostly with our newborn all day, there is occasional watching of all three kids!
