This Santa Monica family has 2 boys who need to be picked up afterschool, taken to activities and given encouragement to do their homework. Both Mom and Dad work so they need a very dependable and responsible person. The parents have a laid back attitude and appreciate someone with a sense of humor. Ideally you are college educated and have a few years of experience as a local nanny and hopefully, enjoy sports – these boys are active! Hours are about 3:30pm-8:30pm and the family is paying $20-25/hour based on your experience.

Full Time/Full Charge Nanny Needed for two children, ages 3 and 5. The older child is in school until 3p, and the younger is in school until noon. The mornings will be spent doing family laundry, making beds, and running local errands. We want the nanny to be two steps ahead, and if milk or laundry detergent is running low, you can go to the store to replenish supplies. We would also love to find someone who can cook simple and healthy meals for the kids and possibly even the parents!

The number one priority are the kids, but we do want to find a team player who feels comfortable doing light housekeeping/personal assisting in the mornings.

Must have a minimum of 4 years recent, full time experience in a childcare role. Any experience in classrooms is a bonus. We would also love to find someone who wants to stay with a family for a long time!

The current nanny will be going on maternity leave around September and you will cover until she returns end of December/January.
