First time parents are looking for a great Nanny who loves babies! Their daughter is almost a year old, and exploring! She laughs and enjoys spending time with her parents and their sweet goldendoodle. Mom is at home, and Dad works from home.

The family is looking for a wonderful, warm, kind and a bit reserved Nanny who can commit long term. The hours will start with Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm most days, with the flexibility to stay late for a date night here and there, and be able to work some Saturdays.

It would be a dream to have someone that can tidy up while the baby sleeps, do some meal prep, grocery shop and cook a basic family meal. Someone that will enjoy walking the baby in the stroller to the park, and being able to drive to baby classes in a safe car. We also hope to find a dog loving nanny who will be happy to help take the dog on walks.

We are looking for at least 5 plus years of professional nanny experience. While the family has one baby right now, they might want to expand their family in the future, please be comfortable with two babies if that happens!

Our client has three children — a son in 2nd grade, and 3.5 year old twins. They employ a team of two Nannies who rotate four days on and four days off. One week, you work Monday through Thursday, and the following week — the schedule will be bumped up a day — Tuesday through Friday — then Wednesday through Saturday, and so forth. This means that depending on where each Nanny is in the rotation — she will either work one day per weekend, both days per weekend or no weekend days.

The family travels about 10 times a year, and 2-3 of the trips are international, so this is a position for a Nanny who loves to travel, and is able to travel both domestically and internationally.

The typical hours are 11:30am to 7:30 on the weekdays, and 8:30am-7:30pm on the weekend days, with a 40-hour week guarantee. There is a full-time Housekeeper, but the Nannies are expected to help keep the house tidy, especially while the kids are in school. Also of note — the family has a large dog, so applicants should be pet friendly.

This is a position for an experienced Nanny who enjoys traveling, is a team player, and can be FLEXIBLE. The family pays $40 hour on payroll with overtime pay as required plus a stipend for health insurance and paid time off.
