Busy West LA Family would love to hire a great Family Assistant for about 30 hours a week. They can guarantee a bit more, or a bit less depending on what is best for you! We would love a nanny family assistant who feels like a fun camp counselor or older sibling. This could be a great job for a graduate student! You will be hands on with the kids, and also tag team with mom. We would love someone who can help with the kids cooking and meal prep, tidying up around the house, coming up with fun and creative activities for the kids and more. The hours can be 30-35 hours a week guaranteed, somewhere around M-F, 12 1-7pm.

Help Needed for Wonderful Palisades Family

Our super special client has two little boys (ages 3 to 6) and a baby girl due mid August! They are looking to fill two Nanny vacancies:

The first Nanny will start as early as 6:00am (or 6:45am) and work until 2 2:45pm or occasionally later. Duties involve helping to get the kiddos out of the house, looking after the baby, helping the full-time housekeeper, assisting with food prep, running errands and more!

The second shift typically starts at around 10:45am and works through the evening, often until 7pm or later if parents are going out. This Nanny will be the homework helper and will be more focused on the hands-on childcare — driving to activities, helping with school readiness and etc … We would love to find a Nanny with a child development background or a degree in early childhood education!! The later shift Nanny will work a Tuesday through Saturday schedule until February or March of ’25 when the Newborn Care Specialist leaves at which point, a weekend Nanny will be hired and this role will revert to M-F.

Both roles require some flexibility. Candidates must be able to travel both domestically and internationally and should know how to swim. Familiarity with the Palisades is also a major plus.

We are looking for Nannies who enjoy working on a team, are loyal and loving and looking for a long-term forever family! Positions start around July 1st, 2024.

You get the privilege to be part of a family who you get to work with-not for- and become their extended family member. For the first few months you will be working full time in San Francisco and after about 6 months be 100% located in one of the most beautiful parts of the Bay Area- Belvedere, they already have a fabulous ROTA nanny that you will become teammates with and work on a one week on one week off schedule (with some flexibility of that schedule if needed). Kids ages are 8,7,6,5,3,2, three darling girls and three rambunctious boys who need someone warm, creative, fun spirited, loving, flexible, has an extremely sunny outlook on life, and feel that this Nanny is a forever, Nanny. You must have experience working with another nanny as it will always be two of you working together (there will be 2 ROTA nannies and a nanny working Monday-Friday when the one ROTA nanny is off), must have ROTA-24 7 experience, they would prefer someone local to the Bay Area that said would consider a fly in fly out schedule for someone that has less than a 2 hour flight, have experience taking care of multiple children at the same time and truly needs no guidance on how to step in and run the ship of the home. Busy working parents are seeking an eastside based Nanny to join their family! Mom is busy working from home but likes to carve out time in her day to be hands on with her daughter. So we are looking for a Nanny who can be full charge with the toddler and baby on the way but who can also read the room and keep the home tidy while Mom wants one on one time with the kids.

The parents value education and already have their 2 year old daughter going to Kumon. We would love a nanny who will read, write, dance, play and sing. Who will take the children’s development as a priority and make sure milestones are being met and supported. Hours will be Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm most days. We would love if you can be flexible to stay late on occasion. They would love if you can go on family vacations about 4 times a year as well. The family is offering $35-40 an hour, plus paid time off. They are also open to helping pay towards your health insurance.
