Awesome Weekend Nanny Opening: Our client is a divorced couple with two darling boys; ages 6 to 8. They need WEEKEND help and the weekends alternate — Dad’s house one weekend, Mom’s house the next — and so on. Dad lives in both Beverly Hills and Malibu and Mom’s house is in the Calabasas Malibu area. When you work with Dad — the job is live IN starting Friday at around 2:00pm and leaving Monday morning at 10:30 11:00am. With Mom, it’s primarily live-out with less hours. (There will be a minimum guarantee, so there’s income stability, i.e. over 40 hours on Dad’s weekends and around 16 hours on Mom’s weekends.) All working hours will be paid at a working rate of $40 hour and non-working hours and overnights will be paid at a lesser rate. Duties are childcare, errands, some pet care and help with home organization. Mom has alpacas, goats, chickens and dogs and would love to find an animal lover! Newborn Care Specialist Needed Immediately: Brand new parents need help from 7pm to 7am THIS WEEK. Their sweet baby boy was born May 13th and has a touch of jaundice. Mom is worn out from giving birth and Dad came down with a bad cold and has to quarantine! If you are a super experienced Newborn Care Specialist — ideally a candidate we have placed before — and you have time to help — please reach out right away with your hourly rate and your availability. The need could go longer than just a week — Mom to Dad are just trying to get things figured out!!!

Two busy working professionals need an organized self-starter who can help this family with family errands and manage the house! There will be lots of driving for the son who is 14 years old, and you will oversee all things for the son including organizing his room, doing his laundry, and taking him to school and activities. Family would appreciate someone who likes to cook and can come up with recipes and delicious and healthy dinners for the family. There are also two cute friendly dogs in the house who may need to go on a walk! This is a great family who needs someone who can make their life easy and run the show!
Family will pay cash OR on the books and guarantee 40 hours per week. Hours during summer are 8-4 p.m. and during the school year are 12-8 or 11 to 7 pm.
Family would love it if you can stay late on a Friday so Mom and Dad can have an early date night! Occasionally there may be early school drop off and they may need early morning help. The schedule is 12pm – 8pm There will be occasional overnights and the family will give a health stipend, paid vacation, sick days, overtime per ca law and a sleepover rate if you stay with the kids when the parents travel.

There will be duties that include groceries, school pick ups, letting the dog outside and activities after school. Meal prep is important for this family (family has a chef that leaves food in the fridge that you can heat up) and the kids will need help with bed and bath time.

Busy West LA Family would love to hire a great Family Assistant for about 30 hours a week. They can guarantee a bit more, or a bit less depending on what is best for you! We would love a nanny family assistant who feels like a fun camp counselor or older sibling. This could be a great job for a graduate student! You will be hands on with the kids, and also tag team with mom. We would love someone who can help with the kids cooking and meal prep, tidying up around the house, coming up with fun and creative activities for the kids and more. Our super special client has two little boys (ages 3 to 6) and a baby girl due mid August! They are looking to fill two Nanny vacancies:

The first Nanny will start as early as 6:00am (or 6:45am) and work until 2 2:45pm or occasionally later. Duties involve helping to get the kiddos out of the house, looking after the baby, helping the full-time housekeeper, assisting with food prep, running errands and more!

The second shift typically starts at around 10:45am and works through the evening, often until 7pm or later if parents are going out. This Nanny will be the homework helper and will be more focused on the hands-on childcare — driving to activities, helping with school readiness and etc … We would love to find a Nanny with a child development background or a degree in early childhood education!! The later shift Nanny will work a Tuesday through Saturday schedule until February or March of ’25 when the Newborn Care Specialist leaves at which point, a weekend Nanny will be hired and this role will revert to M-F.

Both roles require some flexibility. Candidates must be able to travel both domestically and internationally and should know how to swim. Familiarity with the Palisades is also a major plus.
