The twins are almost sleep trained, but they are still breast feeding, so it is important you are responsive to the needs of this busy executive mother! You must have experience working with twins, you must be okay working with a lead baby nurse too! You will be responsible for bathing, sleep training, laundering, keeping the nursery tidy, stocking the baby supplies, emptying the diaper containers, and keeping the play area neat and tidy. Two very busy working parents in West LA want a very experienced MATURE newborn specialist and nanny. The position is long days ; sometimes 12 hours and must be very flexible. This is not the right job for you if you have something at night or you need to get home to small children. We are looking for someone who can multi task ; take care of their home, go to the market and make sure the fridge is stocked, meet vendors if necessary, run errands etc. When the baby is sleeping we are looking for someone open to doing light housekeeping. We have a housekeeper but we need a team player who can make the beds, load a dishwasher , do a couple of loads of laundry. There are two other children in the house who are at preschool everyday until 4 p.m. The older siblings have a baby sitter who will bring them home from school and stay for a few hours. Although the position is mostly with our newborn all day, there is occasional watching of all three kids! Must have excellent communication skills and be able to text and email fluently with the two working parents.
$25 per hour/ 45- 50 hours a week. This is a live in position Monday through Friday.
