Discretion is KEY with this family. You will be interacting with High Profile People on a daily basis, and you should always be calm, curious and professional. You should know when to take the baby into the other room, if business is being discussed, but also let these first time parents feel like they are in control.

You will be spending a lot of time with the parents, and extended family, often in tight quarters (hotels, private jets, etc.) We want to find a nanny who is well spoken, elegant, and can discuss current events with these highly intellectual people.
