Wonderful family in the Palisades needs an incredible nanny to help care mostly for their Preschooler, and some driving afterschool support for two middle school aged children. Dad works full time and Mom works full time from home.

They are looking for a dedicated, responsible, communicative, warm, loving and experienced nanny to manage childcare during the day. This position focuses on the children, they have a housekeeper and do not need help with deep cleaning. We would love someone who is a great self starter, but also comfortable working closely with Mom as she is around and there to help split up the afternoon driving duties.

This family needs help mostly Monday – Friday, 11am-7pm or 730am-530pm – but this is a busy household with two working parents, so we are looking for a Nanny who is happy to stay late when a parent teacher conference or date night comes up, and sleep over on occasion if the parents have need to travel for work etc. Huge plus if you could go on vacation with the family 1-2 times a year, but that is not a deal breaker!

The ideal nanny will be flexible, has experience with multiple children, loves dogs (they have a sweet Corgi,) is a great driver and is very hands on with great energy as this toddler is active! You are the Nanny who can think of creative activities and love to keep the parents in the loop (Mom loves to get text updates during the day.)

You will have access to a family MiniVan (please be comfortable driving large vehicles.) Huge bonus if you are a great cook for children, or at least happy to make dinner and school lunches – basic healthy sandwiches and chopped veggies, etc!!
