We are looking for a compassionate and reliable individual to provide support for a 17-year-old boy with autism while he is in school. the hours are typically 7:45 -3. This opportunity offers the chance to make a positive impact while assisting with daily activities and social interactions in a variety of settings. He is delightful and funny, and has more of aspergers then autism. He is kind of brilliant, and thrives with math and science. So it is important that you enjoy it also.

This is a true dream family to work with, you would be so lucky to become their extended family member. They have a precious 4-month-old and almost 4-year-old! Your priority is childcare, driving the children, family’s laundry, meal prep and cooking for the family, errands, grocery shopping, light housekeeping and general organization, and amazing travel with the family. The ideal candidate will have prior live-in experience caring for babies and preschoolers. You must be nurturing, engaging, adaptable, proactive, and comfortable fully integrating into the family dynamic. You must work well in a team environment, strong technology and communication skills are required, as are strong swimming skills and experience in the water with young children. A valid driver’s license is required, and the family will provide access to a vehicle for work-related use. Comfort working in a home with present parents and a large dog (a sweet labrador retriever) is essential. The role also involves weekend travel to the family’s Napa home and accompanying them on vacations. Your schedule is Wednesday through Sunday, 7:30am to 1:30pm and 4:30pm to 7:30pm, overnight duties to be discussed with family. Salary is around $100,000 with full benefits. Darling Mom and Dad are looking for a great nanny to help them raise their one year old son. They have a loving golden retriever as well, she loves to snuggle!
Mom is in and out of the house, but home a lot. Dad travels on occasion for work. They are creatives. Mom and Dad love signing, reading and playing with their son. They enjoy going to the park and beach and giving their son nutritious meals.
This is a very down to earth, happy family. They are looking for an experienced, warm and kind nanny to help them Monday-Friday, usually 9am – 5 6pm. They would love a nanny who can be flexible to stay late for a date night as needed. The duties are focused on their son, but also helping keeping the home tidy. We are helping one of our favorite return clients search for a nanny for their adorable 11 month old baby boy. They just moved to Ridgewood, NJ from LA, so a nanny familiar with the area would be ideal! The parents work from home, so having a nanny who can navigate this would be helpful! They speak Spanish in the home, so a Spanish speaking nanny would be great! Duties include all things baby – baby food making, sanitizing toys, baby laundry, tidying up as needed, reading books, attending classes. etc. This family is super generous and really wants their nanny to feel like a part of the family!! They would also love someone who has a team player mentality – if the dishwasher needs unloading, you can help unload it. Please love dogs as they have an adorable one in their home! Lovely mom and dad looking for a career nanny to join their family. You will be a part of a nanny team and have the chance to help take care of there 3 amazing kiddos. Both parents work insane hours and need someone very flexible, work a Monday-Friday schedule, be able to step in on a weekend night if needed.
About Us:
We are a busy family of five with two working parents and three kids—ages 3, 7, and 9—all who attend different schools. Our lives are filled with various activities and frequent work travel, so we need someone who can adapt to changes and manage the chaos with a positive attitude.
We’re seeking a warm, reliable career nanny to join our family long-term. You will work with our other nannies and housekeeper to create a nurturing environment, care for the children, and help manage their schedules.
A proactive, team-oriented approach is essential, as is a commitment to open communication. We value stability and hope to find someone who will provide support for our children for years to come.
Schedule:
• Approximately 40 hours per week, with flexibility required.
• Current schedule: Two mornings from 6:45 – 8:45 AM and afternoons from 11:45 AM – 7 PM, Monday to Friday. This allows for personal errands and time for yourself during the week.
• Full-day coverage needed when kids are off school or sick. Occasional flexibility to stay later or work a weekend (very rare).
Responsibilities:
• Transportation: Drive the kids to school, activities, and appointments, including frequent trips to Marin for our middle son’s school. Use of your own car is preferred (mileage reimbursed).
• Childcare: Care for all three children, engaging the toddler in potty training and nap routines, assisting the older kids with homework, and supporting their activities.
• Household Management:
◦ Keep the home organized: manage toys, art projects, library books, and homework assignments.
◦ Prepare meals for the kids, including packing lunches and some dinners.
◦ Handle light housekeeping tasks, like doing dishes, tidying up after meals, and organizing kids’ clothes.
• Activities: Plan and engage in arts and crafts, outings, and playtime, with an emphasis on fun and learning, and zero screen time unless specified during travel or special occasions.
Requirements:
• Comfortable being paid above the table through HomePay.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable car required, with significant driving in and out of San Francisco, especially for our eldest’s school in Marin, and Sonoma in the summer.
• Flexibility to work from our home in Sonoma occasionally during the summer.
• Strong English language skills; ESL candidates are welcome.
• Must be emotionally stable, low-maintenance, and professional. We value respectful communication.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Sick days and vacation days provided. We do not guarantee hours per week but ensure fair compensation for time off.
• Vacation requests should (ideally) align with family travel plans and be approved in advance.

• Healthy and reliable, who can provide consistent coverage, especially during times of illness. While we respect the importance of self-care, it’s essential that you’re available to step in when the family needs support.
