Ideally someone who is happy to pitch in with whatever is needed to keep the family and household running smoothly. It’s also very important to have someone who can engage/connect with the older kids. Any Montessori or teaching experience would be ideal or someone who can be innovative with enriching activities and who has strategies to communicate with/discipline/instruct children. Mom works part time so often child care will be shared (ie not all three kids at once, especially the first six months). Flexibility to stay later or start early is ideal, as well as being able to change schedule as needs change.
Own car and clean driving record a must.
