We are looking for a Jill of Trades to join this busy family. The mom is about to have her 3rd child and has two adorable daughters who are 4 and 6. Their current nanny has been with them for 5 years but decided to move home and they are now needing to replace her. The schedule is typically Monday-Friday for 8-10 hours/day. The mom will need help with cooking, cleaning and watching the children. She is a stay at home mother so it is very much a partnership. You are treated as a family member so they are very picky about who joins them. The family spends most of the year in Miami but is in Los Angeles from June-August every summer. One of our favorite families in the Palisades is in need of a wonderful nanny/family assistant. This will be Monday-Friday from about 11am-7pm, with room for flexibility. This is a super busy family. Both parents work and while they are hands on with their daughters, they can not be everywhere at the same time and need an extra set of hands. This position will involve grocery store runs, shuttling the girls from school to all of their activities, helping with homework, communicating with the school, tidying up at home and prepping snacks and dinner for the girls.

 It would be great if you are flexible to travel in case Mom’s filmmaking takes them out of the country and you are needed on set.

One of our all time favorite clients is in need a some help.  He has 50% custody of his three boys (ages 2-8) and a very busy job, so the position is a mix of childcare and assisting.   He has a full time housekeeper and a live in Nanny.  The new hire will focus on homework help, driving, organizing kids’ lives (in school and extra curricular), errands, house management and general assisting. We are looking for someone who is flexible with hours but the usual 11-7 or 12- 8 Monday through Friday.
