Our ideal candidate is one spoonful caregiver, one teaspoon professional organizer, half a cup expert multi tasker, a tablespoon healthy cook, a dash of cheerleader, another part exercise enthusiast all anchored by a heart of compassion. 

This is a full time position that will require flexibility in your schedule. While most days will be structured, there will be times when Mom is stuck at a meeting and needs to know you can keep the children and home in line. Typically, expect about a 11am-8pm, Monday-Friday schedule.  While the children are in school, you will be charged with running the family errands. Everything from the dry cleaners to Whole Foods to getting sporting equipment for the next soccer game will be typical on your to do list. There is a nanny van and you must have a stellar driving record as you will be shuttling the children from school to activities and more. You will also be asked to help Mom with office organization and some admin work so top notch computer skills are needed, tech savvy skills will be very appreciated in this home. Excellent communication skills are a must. As the children are in elementary and middle school, they will need homework help and you will be called on to help. You should have experience as a full time full charge nanny for at least 3+ years, a degree in child development, education or psychology and a great work ethic.
