We’d love to find a Nanny with a Masters Degree in either psychology or child development, though a Masters is not a deal-breaker. There are two boys in the family, ages 7 & 4.5 — and the 7 year old can be tough on his 4 year old little brother, so hopefully you’re very clever, have oodles of patience, and know how to facilitate good behavior.
