The family needs someone who can not only be the weekend Daytime nanny; taking the kids to the park and to the beach and to all the birthday parties but someone who can sleep with the 4 year old at night. He does not like to sleep alone and the family prefers he has someone in the bed with him. We are looking for someone who is flexible and loving but who has a firm hand and is not afraid to do time outs. The family will pay on the books and properly for every hour that you are working.
