We are looking for an enthusiastic office manager for a Family Office in Pacific Heights area.

You will be responsible for greeting guests of the CEO and C Level executives, maintaining and ordering office supplies, overseeing sending and receiving Fed Ex/UPS packages, planning company outings, as well as occasionally helping departments with small scale projects.

This is an amazing opportunity for someone who wants to work for a household name company as well as gain experience in a professional setting. Ideal candidate will be a recent college graduate who has held internships during college. Must have a college degree.

Schedule is M-F, 9a-6p.

She runs a high end medical practice and needs help managing her personal life as well as keeping the business and home in order. Hours are amazing, Monday-Friday usually 9am-5pm though sometimes you will be asked to stay late. For the most part, you will check in the morning, go about your day and then check in again at the end of the day. This is a very independent position so you should be a great self starter who can think quickly on their feet.

The ideal candidate is a college graduate, has 3-5 years of high profile PA experience, is knowledgeable with household management, tech savvy, able to help with social media, an eye for fashion and can multi-task in their sleep. You love what you do and would like to stay for years and years.

This position will be 60-75k DOE!

Front Desk Receptionist needed for Amazing Beauty Company

• Receive mail, packages, and deliveries.  Distribute to recipients accordingly. Maintain direct
communications with FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
• Guide visitors and new hires through an office tour
• Coordinate weekly staff lunch catering every Thursday.
• Collaborate with IT staff to ensure AV equipment is working properly in the conference rooms.
• Maintain office phone system with IT team.
• Coordinate general office calendar.
• Monitor and maintain office supply inventory.
• Place employee orders for company products.
• Work closely with Supply Chain for all Product Orders.

Schedule is Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm (with some overtime.) Hourly rate is between $15 – $17, DOE.  This will be a temp to hire position. Benefits include medical coverage, paid vacation and holidays.

Part Time Personal Assistant needed in Presido Salary DOE and flexible schedule

Part Time PA needed for couple in Presidio.

Candidate must have at least three local references working out of a home office in San Francisco.

You will be responsible for stocking pantries, errand running, gift buying, taking small (potty trained) dog to the Vet, managing laundry, as well as working in tandem with clients Executive Assistant.

You should have excellent computer skills. The home office runs on Macs. You should be tech savvy and be able to trouble shoot iPhone/iPad issues, as well as be able to use the Internet, MS Office, etc.
