Shopping is huge too – so having good taste is important. There is a range of projects that can range from travel arrangements and insurance claims. You will be responsible for vendors that come to the home, you will be handling the schedule and communicating the needs of that vendor. During the holidays you are doing a lot of holiday shopping. Packing is also a big part of the job as they travel a lot – you will be responsible for packing. The job is a morning part time job from 8-12 or 9 to 1. The children are 15 and 17, and the oldest one just went off to college The family has a chef and a full time housekeeper so those duties are well taken care of!

Responsibilities
• devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
• arranging travel, visas and accommodation 
• international travel with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations
• screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
• meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
• organizing and maintaining schedules and making appointments

Qualifications
