We are looking for a scheduling wiz! You will be supporting a #bosslady CEO who needs help keeping her business and personal life in check! You will work hand in hand with the CEO and must be very TECH SAVVY, organized, a college graduate and an expert itinerary maker. Please be an expert with all Apple products, Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, Slack, etc.

You will work 3 weeks ON and 3 weeks OFF. This position is based in OHIO and you will be provided housing as they do not want a local, they would love to bring someone from LA. When you are off, you can go home to LA or travel, whatever you like – as there will be a total of 2 assistants sharing the job.

This is an ideal position for someone that is very flexible with their schedule and wants to work for an incredible boss!!

• 60% Home Management
