NEW YORK: We are looking for the best, most organized and detail oriented Personal Assistant for the founder of a successful company. The principal has an Executive Assistant (and #1) so you be responsible for keeping his personal life running smoothly on a day to day basis. You will be responsible for heavy (and constant changing) calendar management, e-mail and phone correspondence, travel (private and commercial) working with domestic staff (there are two residences), running local errands and helping with personal shopping. You will based out of the offices downtown. Must have a minimum of 5 years recent, full time experience working as a PA/EA for a busy C level executive. Experience in the art/creative world is a bonus but not required. College degree is required.

Salary DOE: $100,000.

The last personal assistant is off to start a MBA program – the family loves intellectual and motivated people. You will be charged with typical administrative duties while in the office from 9am-3pm including setting meetings, photocopying, troubleshooting IT issues, answering phones and generally making the owner’s lives easier. Then from 3-5pm you will pick up the children from school and take them to after school activities or get them started on their homework. The schedule will generally be Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm. The couple is looking for someone who can fluctuate between the home office in Manhattan Beach and the company office in Santa Monica. We are looking for a team player who is not a clock watcher and who can handle a fluctuating work week -sometimes it will be 40 hours, others will be 50.
