This CEO has an amazingly busy world and needs an EA/PA to keep his world running smoothly. The position is executive and personal so you must be happy doing both! You love creating systems, keeping your boss organized and take pride in being three steps ahead of your boss at all times. Please love dogs as the office has fury friends coming in and out all day long! In addition to the typical admin duties of calendaring, screening calls and all correspondence, arranging meetings, overseeing expenses, creating all travel itineraries, taking and transcribing dictation, preparing confidential reports and coordinating social events. You will also be a support system to other C-Level executives on occasion.

You must have a BA in a marketing, business or communications (or related field.) The ideal candidate has at least five years of related experience.

Travel Assistant

We are looking for a top level PA who has experience supporting an extremely busy executive, and also has experience traveling to International Destinations. You will be this CEO’s right hand while he travels – you should always be sure that there is the correct currency, that travel goes as seamless as possible not only in the air, but also to and from the airport. The client is involved in some fashion related businesses, so you should take pride not only in your appearance but also have an eye for fashion. You will be his gate keeper on the road, and make sure he gets to meetings on time. When you are in NYC you will plan trips, and then act as back up EA and keep the team running smoothly.

You should be extremely organized, and not get flustered as we all know traveling can be stressful!

This is an incredible opportunity for someone who is completely flexible to travel for up to 3 weeks at a moments notice. You will experience the world in true First Class form!

Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years experience in a support role, preferably working in the Private Sector.

Must have clean background and valid US Passport!
