This CEO is growing a successful company and needs someone who can think three steps ahead, manage two busy calendars (personal and business), act as an office manager as needed, as well as oversee the company blog and social media presence. A huge part of this job is doing basic accounting duties: reviewing sales invoices, maintaining Excel spreadsheets, and making sure all invoices have been paid. You will have access to everyone’s salaries, so you need to be incredibly discreet.
