Amazing Encino family with two teenage boys and two working parents is looking for a fabulous Family Assistant.  Their Assistant of five years is moving to the Midwest.  She has LOVED her job!  Mom works in entertainment outside of the home, and dad works as a freelance creative, and is around more often.  The current Assistant started out as a sitter and the role grew and grew.  In this job, you will be schedule playdates and sleepovers, but you will also have a hand in production, interfacing with studios and various production personnel.  It’s truly a Jane of all Trades position.  You are part of the family, but should have good boundaries and be able to juggle multiple schedules via Google calendar simultaneously.  It’s a bit like air traffic control — you must know where everyone is at any given point in time.  The ideal candidate will be able to anticipate needs, go with the flow and will have good mental flexibility and a great atttitude.  This is a family who offers flexibility and expects it in return.  They seldom go beyond forty hours per week.  Timeline wise, we are looking to have a candidate start training the week after Thanksgiving in order to begin work January first.  Pay is around $52,000.00 per year, plus health & cell phone reimbursement.  Please let us know if you are interested.  Thank you!

Personal Assistant needed for Award Winning Producer

This person will be responsible for ensuring the principle’s life runs smoothly and effectively. This 24hr, 7 day week position is seeking the most confidential, capable, bright and organized professional to join their team. Duties include: all personal assistant related responsibilities including: maintaining wardrobe, animal care (please do not have cat allergies,) coordinating glam squad, travel with principle (often on very short notice), maintain mobile office, stock residence accordingly, run personal errands, work with house manager to make sure all pending items are up to date, assist with household manuals, archiving. You must have must have thick skin and not be rattled under pressure.

Every day will be different. One day you could be preparing for an Oscar party at your bosses home and the next flying to Vancouver to prepare for her arrival. Your attention to detail is incredible and you have a nothing is too big or too small mentality. We are looking for a great team player as you will be working with her office, home staff and interfacing on her behalf. You should be ready for an adventure. Looking for a career oriented EA/PA with at least 5+ years of experience on a high pressure desk. Provides administrative and personal support for the CEO.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job functions include, but are not limited to the following:
• Creating and maintaining extensive schedule and calendar
• Coordinating personal appointments and arranging details for appointments
• Coordinating/booking every detail of travel including flight, hotel and car service arrangements and processing all expenses and reimbursements.
• Maintaining confidential organizational and departmental files
• Providing internal and external assistance whenever needed
• Composing correspondence to routine issues, on own initiative
• Running Personal and Business errands
• Receive and screen telephone calls
• Providing administrative support and back up for the Executive Assistant to the C-Level Executives in their absence
• Planning special events
• Filing, organizing, copying, scanning, etc. as needed
• Performing personal tasks as assigned
• Coordinating vendors and projects at the CEO’s residence
• Paying and tracking CEO’s personal bills and expenses
• Managing personal mail for the CEO
• Tracking both important business and personal birthdays and coordinating gifts as necessary
• Scheduling and coordinating maintenance for CEO’s vehicle as necessary
• Some travel is required
QUALIFICATIONS
• Previous experience as an Personal & Executive Assistant
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Must have a reliable vehicle for shopping and running errands
• Must have a great attention to detail
• Works well under a fast-pace environment
• Previous experience working in a fast paced, time sensitive, highly confidential environment where there are continually changing priorities
• Strong computer skills including all Microsoft products with particular strength in Google Suite, Photoshop and web functions
• Must be comfortable around dogs since the CEO brings his dog everyday.
• Must be able to lift up to 14lbs at least twice a day

• Must be highly organized with a strong attention to detail and astute problem solving skills
• Must have strong multi-tasking skills with the flexibility to handle ever changing priorities and able to communicate changes with sensitivity
