The CEO has many ambitious plans for the future and needs an EA who is able to grow with him. You will act as the right hand to his operation and be the gatekeeper to his world. From scheduling to complex travel itineraries to overseeing all personal matters, you will need to have an incredible sense of discretion and be able to make judgment calls quickly. You must have a strong sense of self and not be afraid to tell your CEO when he needs to leave for a meeting and be able to prioritize his schedule. While supporting the CEO in his business is extremely important, you must also be just as passionate and focused on helping with all of his personal needs.

It is important that you love pets as there are dogs in the office and you will be asked to help with the vet appointments. If there are any construction projects in the home, you will be overseeing them – hopefully, you have experience doing as much of the personal as the executive assistant duties in this role. It will take a strong, dynamic EA with great attention to detail to be the right person for this position. This is not a corporate office and we are looking for a no ego, nothing is too big or too small to accomplish kind of person.

Please have experience using Apple and PC computers as well as strong fluency in Microsoft Suite. Added bonus is an understanding of social media strategy. You should have at least 5+ years of experience as an EA, hopefully, to a C-suite level executive. While we are looking for the perfect candidate on paper we are also hoping for the EA who knows how to read a room and is socially intelligent.

The schedule will vary but is typically 9:30am-6:30pm, Monday-Friday. Salary is DOE, ranging from 55-75k plus INCREDIBLE benefits!!
