We are looking for an organized and meticulous EPA who is comfortable working from an office for an Entrepreneurial and busy boss! You will be in charge of his schedule, travel, research and more. This is an amazing entry-level position where you will have the opportunity to learn and grow! We are hoping you are extremely flexible in your mindset and are looking for a boss who will groom you.

There will be travel involved, one week per month to Colorado. Please be flexible with your schedule – if your boss needs you to fix his phone after hours, he will depend on you to handle it. Day-to-day is mostly scheduling, coordinating calls, planning travel itineraries, research and whatever is needed to help your boss. This role is mostly EA, but we would love to have someone that is flexible to help out in the personal life as/when needed.

You should also be a great letter writer as you will be handling correspondence, creating powerpoint presentations and editing excel spreadsheets. If you do not know how to do something, we want someone that has the mentality of “let me try and figure it out!” We want a smart go-getter who goes the extra mile to help. You will be guaranteed at least 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday.

Please have 3+ years of experience! Salary is 50-60k, DOE and health insurance

Responsibilities
