We are looking for:
5+ years experience as an executive assistant in a corporate environment (technology start-up experience ideal)
Solution oriented and ability to anticipate needs of the CEO the team
Proficiency with G-Suite and Microsoft Office, including Powerpoint and Excel
Experience in booking travel
Highly self-motivated individual capable of managing workload in a fast-paced startup environment
Impeccable abilities and/or experience prioritizing and delegating tasks
Substantial organizational skills and flexibility to work both collaboratively and independently
Managing confidential or private information with discretion
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Positive and professional demeanor
Eagerness to learn and grow with the team
