We are hoping to find a native English speaker as our client has some difficulty hearing. Applicants must be able to drive. The position is 80% caregiving, 15% companion & 5% driving. The ideal candidate has previous experience working for employers who have dementia. Our client can become frustrated/irritable so awareness of this disease and how it functions matters. We have an elegant woman from Mexico who lives in Century City. Her children are concerned she should have someone who is able to keep their eye on their mother. There is some dementia happening and her children want to make sure she has the care she needs. The children prefer a female caregiver with experience with dementia and a caregiver that speaks fluent Spanish as your first language. Please drive and have a car and be willing to help with scheduling of doctor appointments, driving for the woman and helping with her day to day.
