We are looking for a lovely, kind Spanish speaking CNA or companion to help with a 93 year old couple. They have heart, kidney and dementia problems. They need someone that can cook a specific diet for them that will be heart and lung properties… The hours are 9 to 9, or 8:30 – 8:30. KIndness and patience is of utmost importance!

Lovely 80 year old recently widowed Lady in Beverly Hills is in need of help. She’s not sure how much help she’d like to have right now so this position may start out in a part-time capacity and will ramp up as she becomes more comfortable with the idea of having someone around. She has a large home that requires a good deal of organization. She also has a team of people (accountants etc … ) you will liaise with to keep her organized and on task. She is sometimes forgetful and doesn’t drive, so you will keep her on point and drive her to appointments (there are two cars at the house for all on-the-job driving). There’s also a social component to this position as our client is reserved and would benefit from having company. You might do some light housekeeping — ultimately, you may supervise housekeepers — and also some light cooking (and making sure she eats when you’re not there), organizing, errands, driving & more. Our client is lovely — can be difficult at times and has a hard time with change so applicants should have a high EQ and know how to read the room. Pay is on the books. Brentwood Companions Needed: We are helping a special client find help for her 74-year old Mother. Mom is in fine condition, but has a good deal of lower back pain and anxiety. She doesn’t like to be alone — particularly at night. We are hoping to find a calming and PATIENT (this Lady will require heaps of patience & understanding!) companion who is able to work M-F from around 6pm-8pm through 10:00am, if possible. The family is willing to pay cash. We are looking for a compassionate and kind caregiver, 5 nights per week.  Sunday-Thursday would be the ideal schedule. We would like someone well versed in dementia who is nurturing and caring and who will do some housework.  Laundry, cleaning the bathroom and kitchen, vacuuming. It’s a smaller apartment and the client is still trying to be independent so she does some housework as she can and enjoys it. Our client is hard of hearing, so you must have a clear speaking voice and be fluent in English as she does not speak any other languages.

We are looking for a gentle person that might want to start as part time and move in to full time to be a companion to this young lady who has early onset. This lovely woman does not think she needs help at the moment, so we are looking for someone that understands the delicate dance! She loves to take walks, but we also would love it if you can help with memory games and “homework” that the doc has given her!

We are looking for a CNA-type eldercare person to work in Bel Air every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9 am – 9 pm.  The family is looking for full care although no actual nursing care – meals, in-bed baths, toileting (she is incontinent), dressing her, transferring her around the space – to the table for meals (making simple breakfast and lunch) engaging with her as much as possible.  We have a wonderful person there during the week that will train you. Wonderful retired gentleman in Beverly Hills in need of a wonderful companion to look after him 12 hours per night 2 or 3 nights a week and on the week end. Shift is 8 pm to 8 am. Our client is mobile but he is in his eighties and sometimes he can be disoriented.
He walks with a walker, but at night his legs become like jelly so he has tendency to fall and it’s getting him up that is difficult.
This gentleman would be more comfortable with a MALE companion, but is open to a woman if you are strong enough to help him. He would love to have someone that speaks good English, and that is caring, kind, and happy. HpIs wife is around and is funny and strong, but she needs your help!

Hancock Park Night Caregiver Needed: We have a VERY important client in need of some help. He is a 96 year old man in decent health who requires a nighttime caregiver who can work from 10:00pm to 10:00am. He primarily needs help transferring from bed to walker. He is just under 6’ so we need someone strong who has done this type of work previously. He will also need help showering, getting dressed, taking his medication and checking oxygen levels & blood pressure. Hourly pay offered on the books, including overtime.
