Client in Hancock Park has round the clock Care for Husband and Wife who both need full coverage and supervision. We need someone who is comfortable with transfers, bathing for man and woman feeding, dressing and a pubic tube. Other basics like temperature, blood pressure, companionship, and light housekeeping. Driving to appointments as well. Must be comfortable lifting the wife who is 100 pounds. There are dogs in the house, cats and a turtle.

We have a lovely gentleman who is terminal and has brain cancer. He needs 12 hour during the day to help him. He is 200 pounds, and needs help showering and bathing. You will take care of his medication and toilet needs. This is a big job, and might be better for a gentleman. Success will come from relieving the burden of the wife (who is stressed) The position works Monday – Friday 8 to 8. erapist They do have a housekeeper and physical therapist that comes a few times a week. Our dear client lives in BH, is particular and cranky, proud and independent. She has come to rely on her main caregiver that we placed (so we know it is a good job!) and it’s hard for her to ask for more help but her family thinks she really needs it. Medically she’s in good shape for her age, hard of hearing and many trips to the bathroom at night – but mentally very sharp. She is more senile than before, so we need someone patient! We are looking for a kind and experienced caregiver to help Saturday & Sunday evenings from 10pm-8am.

We are looking for a trained and experienced RN or CNA who is available to work 12 hour days ,every Saturday and Sunday for at least one month. Our client broke his arm and tore the tendon in his knee. He will be in a rehab facility until December 16th and then home in the Palisades. We need someone who has experience with this and can help with bathing as well. Family will pay hourly. This is one month commitment with a possibility to go longer. We are working with a LOVELY couple in their 90’s who have a beautiful property in Brentwood. They are looking for a female caregiver who can work Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Wednsday from 7:00am to 7:00pm starting January 3rd through the end of the month, and possibly longer. Pay is $25/hour for the first nine hours, then time and a half for hours 9-12. The job is caregiving, ordering groceries and very LIGHT simple cooking. The wife is in very good shape. The husband has dementia, but is lovely and uncomplicated. Please reach out if you are experienced with senior-care and have some time to devote to this super kind family early in the new year.
