Discreet Santa Barbara Estate Manager and Personal Assistant Wanted

We are looking for candidates in or near Santa Barbara (or elsewhere who are willing to relocate) to work for a very private/confidential family. Discretion is key. The official schedule is M-F from 8:00am to 5:00pm; however, candidates must be comfortable with a changing, flexible, dynamic schedule. Travel is approximately 25% of the year, both domestic & international. Candidates must have a valid drivers license and be passport ready. The role is split approximately 50% estate management and 50% personal assistant. Duties are assisting the family, pets, kids, house, and estate vendors. We are looking for an “all in” mindset. Fluency in Spanish is preferred, but not required. Additional fluency in Microsoft suites and overall tech savviness will be appreciated. The right person for this job is a highly organized, detail-oriented, great communicator/leader who is proficient in managing budgets and scheduling. Must pass background check and random drug tests. We are ONLY considering resumes with minimum 3-5+ years in a similar role with similar schedule and responsibilities. This is a long-term role with plenty of growth potential.
