Help assist the main chef with basic meal preparation and be fully responsible for formally serving lunch and dinner. You must be a self starter, kid friendly, open to travel, flexible, and know how to care for very fine clothing. This is a very high profile family so you should be comfortable being around the NYC elite and hamptons socialites. The schedule is roughly Wednesday  – Sunday from 12pm – 9m.
