Incredible and very private family in Los Angeles has assembled a well oiled group of loyal employees (Chief of Staff, Nannies, Housekeepers, Chef, Contracted Vendors) and is looking for an Estate Manager to round out their team.  They are a family of four with young children.  Their home is just under 10,000 square feet, situated on an acre of land.  This is a fast paced, yet casual, and cohesive team environment.  There is a good deal of security on site, as well as construction crews, so there are 20 cars on the property on a daily basis, and we need someone who can manage the NDA’s and the flow of people in and out of the property.  We are looking for a strong gatekeeper who understands privacy, can manage staff, knows smart home technology, and can tactfully manage and build relationships.  Candidates must be able to work independently, or with incredible oversight.  This is a family with a strong esthetic sense, and a fabulous art collection, so an art collection management background is ideal.  Pay, and work environment are EXCELLENT.  If you are unflappable, brilliant, hyper-organized, and hard working, with a high EQ and minimum five years experience in a private home, we would love to put you in this job where you can grow alongside this absolutely incredible and inspiring family.

• Act as a liaison with managers of various properties, processing flow of data for EM to review and act accordingly
