House Manager needed for a busy family with four kids. This job is primarily Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week. There may be an occasional event at the home on the weekends.
Duties include: Management of all household activities assuring timely and high quality completion of all tasks, Supervising the work of contractors, service people, artisans, and all other household and non-household employees assuring the best quality of work, and adherence to all household standards and expectations. In addition, the House Manager will Provide leadership and uphold professional service standards.
You will train both by example, and through tutoring to any and all household employees. You will also be managing all shopping for the household and keeping inventory. You will be in charge of household grounds, and repairs of any and all things in the home. The principals entertain quite frequently in the home so you will be in charge of all vendors and help with event planning. You will also serve as a Personal Assistant to the entire family and will work with a full team of housekeepers, nannies and security. Family pays a salary on the books with a stipend for health insurance. There are sick days, two weeks paid vacation and some holidays off with pay.
