White glove House manager needed for Beverly Park estate

We are looking for an amazing house manager with a service heart to take care of a beautiful estate and become part of a family. The house manager will need to be a self starter and incredibly detail oriented as they will be responsible for walking the house and making sure everything is working and in tip top shape. The perfect house manager should have experience and comfort in performing butler duties including graciously greeting and serving guests. You may be asked to pour drinks, make a cocktail, decant a bottle of wine.

This is a formal estate where the house manager would be joining a wonderful team to keep everything perfect, oversee vendors who work on the property weekly and schedule services when needed. The house manager will also be assisting the staff of housekeepers with their duties occasionally. This jet setting couple travels often and want their house cared for in their absence. They also entertain and would love a house manager that has experience with managing events with grace and professionalism. When they entertain, you may be asked to work on a Saturday. Most important is a house manager who truly has a can-do attitude, is exceptionally detail oriented and able to take initiative.

The house manager will supervise all aspects of the house. If things don’t work, they will be responsible for fixing them or getting them fixed. The house manager will also need to be on top of all the subcontractors – watch the pool guys, supervise the tree trimmers, etc. They must be tech savvy or want to learn. There will be some errands to run, some grocery shopping occasionally and filling the cars with gas.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Spanish, be fully vaccinated and understand a formal household.
