This is a vacation retreat for our clients, and we need to find a couple who can keep the home running smoothly throughout the year.

The family usually visits the Hamptons every Thanksgiving, as well as lives in property most summer months.

Although the family is casual, they want to find an EM who lives for service: formal service will be required when they have dinner parties, and they will want to find someone who can run the home like a Boutique Hotel well as manage vendors and part time and/or seasonal staff.

The clients have a Head Estate Manager in LA, who you will be working hand in hand with, communicating constantly about the principals and their needs. You should be a true team player, with a “no job is too big or too small” mentality. You should also be flexible to travel to their multiple residences in Manhattan approx once a week. There is a House Manager in the city who you will be working hand in hand with.

Must have a minimum of 10 years recent experience working as an Estate Manager for High Net Worth Individuals. This is a HUGE job, and we are looking for someone who not only meets the requirements but who also has a lovely personality. You will be spending lots of time with the principals when they are at the Estate, and we want to find a cultured, sophisticated person who can blend into their lifestyle.

Family of 4 in Brentwood needs a solid, experienced, tech savvy Estate Manager. Family travels twice a year for many weeks so that will be your downtime. House Manager needed for a busy family with four kids. This job is primarily Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week. There may be an occasional event at the home on the weekends.
Duties include: Management of all household activities assuring timely and high quality completion of all tasks, Supervising the work of contractors, service people, artisans, and all other household and non-household employees assuring the best quality of work, and adherence to all household standards and expectations. In addition, the House Manager will Provide leadership and uphold professional service standards.
You will train both by example, and through tutoring to any and all household employees. You will also be managing all shopping for the household and keeping inventory. You will be in charge of household grounds, and repairs of any and all things in the home. Fabulous high profile family in Manhattan is looking for an Estate Manager with a strong Hospitality background.

This is a salaried management position that will work Monday through Friday, as well as weekends when there are events. The family’s main residence is in LA, so your work will ebb and flow (obviously much more hours when the family is in NYC-typically for Holidays and long weekends.)

Your primary duties are management of a large housekeeping staff for 4 NYC properties, as well as handling all events that take place in the home. You should know formal service, and be very comfortable working with kitchen staff.

This is a boots on the ground position reporting/working with the main Estate Manager who is based in LA. There is also a property manager in the Hamptons you will be working with, and sometimes will need to assist when there is a large event at that property.

The family is CA formal, which means they want someone who is casual yet keeps their home running like a 5 star resort.

There are three homes on the property that are about 20,000 sq feet total.
