We are looking for a Professional and Experienced Director of Residences for a couple in NYC. The family has a Property Manager who is the “boots on the ground” – you will be more of the brains of the operation. If there is a renovation needed – you will source and vendors, deal with budgeting and communications and the PM will oversee the actual day to day labor.

This is NOT a hands off role. We want someone who will get their hands dirty if needed, this is not a job for someone who wants to solely delegate and sit behind a desk all day.

Candidate should have a minimum of 10 years full time experience working in Property Management, with a minimum of 5 years full time experience managing luxury multi million real estate portfolios. Hours approx. Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. Office down the street from home, daily home visits as necessary. Salaried position, 110-130k DOE + health insurance covered up to $500 a month.

• Set up any additional properties as needed before Client arrival (holiday properties/rentals)

• Coordinate caterers, florist as needed for small events

• Provide tech assistance as needed, mac, media systems such as (Control 4/Creston) w Av tech.

Client with a great, tight knit staff seeks a wonderful Houseman/House Person to join their team! We are looking for a Handy person who can work Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm.

You will be in charge of cleaning the outside of the property, meeting vendors in the mornings if the Estate Manager isn’t in yet, and working with the great team to keep this gorgeous house a home! They have vendors for specific things, but need a great trouble shooter to address daily issues that come up. You might be occasionally asked to go to the Malibu home, but they have a maintenance person that mostly handles that property.

The client is offering $40 an hour, ($83,200) a year plus $500 gross a month that you can use to pay your health insurance. They also offer paid sick days, paid holidays and paid vacation. Lovely European gentleman is looking for a well trained butler/PA/valet that is truly of service. This position will require bookkeeping, admin work, house management duties, travel, and valet work. One of our most loyal clients needs help! Their home was ruined over Thanksgiving weekend when a pipe burst. They are now in a rental in the Palisades, 2 minutes from their home, while construction is in full swing to bring their home back to life.

You will be working with the wife and husband as well as the manager at the office to oversee the work. They will depend on you for your expertise in construction, dealing with insurance, working with the interior designer etc.

This starts IMMEDIATELY and goes for about 3 months. The schedule will be Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm with some flexibility.

Ideally, you have at least 3-5+ years in a house management or PA role that dealt with construction, overseeing vendors and managing tight deadlines. This is a very busy family with two parents running businesses, so they need someone really self sufficient that doesn’t need to be micro managed.
