Beverly Hills family is looking for a flexible team player. There are vendors to deal with, errands to run and parties to plan. This family has a home in Beverly Hills and Aspen. They want someone who can travel and who is flexible. The schedule will mostly be 10-6 Monday through Friday but they would like someone who is flexible. Travel will be 3-4 times a year between 3 days and 7 days per trip. MUST cook as Mom and Dad need someone who can make a few family meals. They are fine with you making dinner and leaving it for them to heat up later. We are looking for solid experience with longevity in high profile house manager positions!

West Hollywood Brentwood House Manager Opening

We are looking for a House Manager for a very high profile gentleman with two homes, located in West Hollywood & Brentwood. House Manager will oversee a Housekeeper + vendors, do errands, run a home office and a private residence and will liaise regularly with the House Manager who works for the employer’s former spouse. The hours are in the 9am to 6pm range but there will be after hours calls and work on occasion. Overall, the Employer is respectful and will only be in touch after-hours when and if an issue arises. The House Manager will likely work out of both locations (each is around 3,000 square feet) and should be comfortable with smart-home technology, booking travel, planning events & more. This is the IDEAL position for a seasoned personal assistant who wants to move in to Estate Management. Pay is in the $80-$90k range, DOE, with $500/month towards health benefits, two weeks paid vacation, paid sick days & paid holidays.
