This is a dream job to work with the most amazing family. This is a complex wine estate just north of Sonoma, CA in the town of Glen Ellen. Over 125 acres encompass several adjacent parcels; in addition, there is a 52 acre parcel on the Mayacamas Ridge which is about a 10 minute drive from the Sonoma Valley floor property. This is a working ranch with multiple business ventures including: vineyards; a winery; a cottage food business; a lake pavilion; an event hall; and a private railroad. We have a team of people running various entities. This person will be fully responsible for managing or maintaining all estate assets, particularly regarding the winery and tasting room. This position is based in PALM SPRINGS, CA. You will be providing top notch hospitality support at a luxury, ultra private estate.
 
You will work in coordination with the hospitality team and culinary services for private events. This is a full-time job. Benefits, 401k, paid vacation/sick days.
 
Candidate must have experience working for a luxury resort or private estate or high end restaurant with expert knowledge and proven track record of service etiquette, discernment and discretion. Partners with the culinary and household events team along with other business partners to plan and curate exceptional dining and entertainment experiences.
 
Ideally knowledgeable and experienced dealing with ultra private high net worth individuals. Experience with formal table setting, dinner service, greeting and accommodating guest requests, cocktail service, dinner clean up, event assistance, occasional errands, assist with inventory and checklists and any additional daily duties assigned by their supervisor.
 
This amazing client offers 70-100k DOE base salary and eligible for OT, Paid holidays, Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401k, Paid Vacation, Paid Sick Days, Partial cell reimbursement.

*Must have your Covid vaccines and booster. Client is open to a candidate who is LA based and wants to move to Palm Springs. There is some assistance after hire, but not a full relocation. White glove House manager needed for Beverly Park estate

We are looking for an amazing house manager with a service heart to take care of a beautiful estate and become part of a family. The house manager will need to be a self starter and incredibly detail oriented as they will be responsible for walking the house and making sure everything is working and in tip top shape. The perfect house manager should have experience and comfort in performing butler duties including graciously greeting and serving guests. You may be asked to pour drinks, make a cocktail, decant a bottle of wine.

This is a formal estate where the house manager would be joining a wonderful team to keep everything perfect, oversee vendors who work on the property weekly and schedule services when needed. The house manager will also be assisting the staff of housekeepers with their duties occasionally. This jet setting couple travels often and want their house cared for in their absence. They also entertain and would love a house manager that has experience with managing events with grace and professionalism. When they entertain, you may be asked to work on a Saturday. Most important is a house manager who truly has a can-do attitude, is exceptionally detail oriented and able to take initiative.

The house manager will supervise all aspects of the house. If things don’t work, they will be responsible for fixing them or getting them fixed. The house manager will also need to be on top of all the subcontractors – watch the pool guys, supervise the tree trimmers, etc. They must be tech savvy or want to learn. There will be some errands to run, some grocery shopping occasionally and filling the cars with gas.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Spanish, be fully vaccinated and understand a formal household.

We are looking for an Estate Manager for a High Profile HNW client in NYC. The client has over 10 properties scattered between NYC, the Hamptons and two homes in Bahamas. This is such an amazing opportunity to work for a generous single individual!

The client has a solid PA who travels with them, and he needs someone who can manage the properties, train and hire staff and keep this homes running like 5 star hotels.

Candidate must have an eye for detail, be extremely organized, a great team player and manager, understand how to run high end smart homes and has a no job is too small mentality.

Must have a minimum of 10 years full time recent experience working as an Estate Manager. Spanish speaking is a major bonus as some housekeepers in the Hamptons only speak Spanish!

This is 24/7 mentality! The PA will travel with the principal the majority of the time, but you will occasionally be asked to travel ahead of the Principal to set up vacation homes if needed.
