Super low-key, chill and creative family in Los Feliz seeks an experienced property manager to join their tight-knit wonderful staff. There’s a main residence, a second home about a mile away that’s used primarily as an office/guest-house, and a third property will likely be purchased in the New Year. The ideal candidate can implement systems, help with staffing, stocking, vendors, renovations, routine maintenance, events and so much more! Each house will also require a new home manual. We are looking for an amazing house manager with a service heart to take care of a beautiful estate and become part of a family. The house manager will need to be a self starter and incredibly detail oriented as they will be responsible for walking the house and making sure everything is working and in tip top shape. The perfect house manager should have experience and comfort in performing butler duties including graciously greeting and serving guests. You may be asked to pour drinks, make a cocktail, decant a bottle of wine.

This is a formal estate where the house manager would be joining a wonderful team to keep everything perfect, oversee vendors who work on the property weekly and schedule services when needed. The house manager will also be assisting the staff of housekeepers with their duties occasionally. This jet setting couple travels often and want their house cared for in their absence. They also entertain and would love a house manager that has experience with managing events with grace and professionalism. When they entertain, you may be asked to work on a Saturday. Most important is a house manager who truly has a can-do attitude, is exceptionally detail oriented and able to take initiative.

The house manager will supervise all aspects of the house. If things don’t work, they will be responsible for fixing them or getting them fixed. The house manager will also need to be on top of all the subcontractors – watch the pool guys, supervise the tree trimmers, etc. They must be tech savvy or want to learn. There will be some errands to run, some grocery shopping occasionally and filling the cars with gas.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Spanish, be fully vaccinated and understand a formal household.

Client with a great, tight knit staff seeks a wonderful Houseman/House Person to join their team! We are looking for a Handy person who can work Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm.

You will be in charge of cleaning the outside of the property, meeting vendors in the mornings if the Estate Manager isn’t in yet, and working with the great team to keep this gorgeous house a home! They have vendors for specific things, but need a great trouble shooter to address daily issues that come up. You might be occasionally asked to go to the Malibu home, but they have a maintenance person that mostly handles that property.

The client is offering $40 an hour, ($83,200) a year plus $500 gross a month that you can use to pay your health insurance. They also offer paid sick days, paid holidays and paid vacation. This is a generous client who is looking for a loyal and confidential handy houseman to stay with their staff long term.

This fabulously creative and accomplished couple are looking for a third groundskeeper for their STUNNING estate in Santa Monica Canyon on one a half acres. This is a vast property with a vegetable and fruit garden that needs tending to and harvesting.
Candidates must be FULLY VACCINATED and have horticulture knowledge and experience. They must be excellent communicators and be able to take direction well. Some handyman experience would be a PLUS and a can do attitude is essential.
A lot of love and attention has gone into this home, inside and out. The lady of the house is a previous highly regarded landscape architect herself and has clear ideas of what she likes and wants.
