The staff comprises of a Housekeeper, a Houseman and a Chef as well as a full time landscape manager. You will have the opportunity to live in (with totally private quarters) or out and if you can be totally flexible to work any hours, depending on events. Duties include doing errands, supervising staff, overseeing fine clothing, running/stocking the home, interfacing with vendors, liaising with the Principals and doing minimal hands-on cleaning. Fabulous high profile family in Manhattan is looking for an Estate Manager with a strong Hospitality background.

This is a salaried management position that will work Monday through Friday, as well as weekends when there are events. The family’s main residence is in LA, so your work will ebb and flow (obviously much more hours when the family is in NYC-typically for Holidays and long weekends.)

Your primary duties are management of a large housekeeping staff, as well as handling all events that take place in the home. You should know formal service, and be very comfortable working with kitchen staff.

This is a boots on the ground position reporting/working with the main Estate Manager who is based in LA. There is also a property manager in the Hamptons you will be working with, and sometimes will need to assist when there is a large event at that property.

Our ideal candidate has hotel and/or estate experience, is hyper-organized, has an amazing sense of style (both clothing and interior), has good administrative skills, amazing boundaries, a keen eye for detail, and management experience.

This is a lovely and generous, non formal family who wants to find a team player to manage their 6000 Sq foot estate on over an acre in Portola Valley.

The house has smart home technology and everything is updated/documented on iPads. We want to find someone who keeps educated on the newest and best ways to update the home with convenient and easy technology.

The house is under renovation so you should have experience with coordinating with the designers and vetting vendors for high budget projects.

There is one housekeeper who you will manage. The principals have a PA who reports directly to them. You should be a true team player – we do not want an EM who believes they are above anyone else working in the home!

Communication is key in this household – the principals do not micro manage but do expect full transparency and updates on both large and small projects!

The family has two cats and a small dog- we want to find someone who loves animals!

The client is looking to aquire a new property in Malibu, so you should be flexible to visit So Cal 1-2 times a month (as needed.)

Candidate must have a minimum of 15 years full time, recent experience as an Estate Manager for HNW clients.

We are looking for a NYC based traditional butler. The main priority for this role is flexibility to travel for extended periods at a time (will never be longer than 4 weeks, but shorter trips can be extended with short notice so flexibility is key!)

You will be responsible for all traditional butler duties including light housekeeping, cleaning, laundry and cooking. We are looking for a Butler with an eye for detail, a fine eye and someone who can set a beautiful table or arrange a gorgeous bouquet.
