Estate manager needed in Connecticut and NY

Filled

Posted : 01/01/70

Our wonderful high profile, and extremely busy client is in need of a well organized Estate Manager to help manage several properties in Westport Connecticut along with a gorgeous apartment in NYC. This is a dream job because the client does not want a lot of people around – she would love for you to source vendors that will clean, landscapers that do not have to be on property, chefs that do not need a full time job. In other words, she would love to live her home without staff – If you are up to travel to all the properties several times a week, oversee staff, create schedule for all vendors and maintenance, oversee all renovations and construction, handle all bids and evaluations of construction, monitor checklists for all locations, and preparing a manual – If you are good at managing from afar, and sourcing good help – this is the perfect estate manager job on the East coast. You must have strong verifiable references, at least 5 years of experience, but would prefer more.

Must send resume and cover!
