Lovely family in Bel Air is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to join their team. This is an amazing opportunity for a career housekeeper who enjoys providing high-level service, thrives in a structured estate environment, and takes pride in her work!

The ideal candidate is flexible, discreet, proactive, and genuinely enjoys being part of a collaborative household. Candidates should have previous estate experience, a strong work history, and exceptional references.

SCHEDULE

• Sunday to Monday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Tuesday: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM (optional for candidates seeking a 32-hour schedule)
• Wednesday to Thursday: Off
• Friday to Saturday: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM

Please note that the schedule may shift occasionally based upon household needs, guest schedules, and entertaining. Flexibility is essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Executive-level housekeeping (including laundry) and detailed care of the residence
• Deep cleaning to organization
• Assisting the Chef as needed including breakfast service and preparation of morning juices (training provided)
• Pet feeding and daily pet care
• Supporting the household during entertaining and special events

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous estate experience is required
• Must live within one hour of Bel Air to be comfortable driving between Bel Air and Malibu
• Ability to pass an extensive background investigation
• Strong longevity, with approximately four years or more in prior positions
• Outstanding, verifiable references

DESIRED (BUT NOT REQUIRED)

The family would love to find a Housekeeper who is available to travel to and stay in La Quinta (Palm Springs) for two to three days per week, as needed, to relieve another housekeeper during the months of November through May. A vehicle will be provided for travel to La Quinta. While this is not a requirement for the position, it would be considered a tremendous plus!

COMPENSATION plus BENEFITS

• The role offers $40 hour on payroll plus two weeks paid vacation, paid holidays and health, vision and dental insurance.

A lovely, down-to-earth family is seeking an experienced Housekeeper to join their long-term household team. The property consists of a beautifully maintained 11,000-square-foot residence, as well as an additional building that is even larger than the main home. The household includes two parents, four children (ages 13–16), and several dogs.

We are looking for a housekeeper with exceptional attention to detail, strong common sense, and a natural ability to anticipate needs. The principals appreciate a home that feels orderly, organized, and thoughtfully maintained. One of the principals is very particular about certain details—whether it’s how a shower brush is positioned or how clothing is presented—and appreciates someone who takes pride in consistency and excellence.

This is not a formal household, but standards are high. The ideal candidate understands luxury service without being overly formal or rigid. Someone who notices the details, takes ownership of their work, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team will thrive here.

Responsibilities Include:
• Detailed housekeeping and daily maintenance
• Extensive family laundry
• Some ironing and garment care
• Coordinating dry cleaning and clothing organization
• Maintaining bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas to a high standard
• Assisting with household organization projects
• Occasional kitchen support and meal preparation assistance for the principal who enjoys cooking
• Working collaboratively with other household staff
