We are helping our return clients find the best executive housekeeper for their 4500 sq ft 1 bedroom apartment who can work 2 or 3 days per week. They are in NYC 5 months out of the year, so you should know how to deep clean during the off times. Excellent English is required and references we can call. MUST love dogs!

Duties include:
-Caring for luxury rugs and fabrics
-Care of high end laundry
-Dry cleaning drop off pick up and shoe repair drop off pick up
-Grocery shopping
-Arranging flower deliveries or creating your own floral arrangements
-Keeping inventory and re-stocking pantry and supplement cabinet as needed
-Opening packages and sending out packages
-Unpack after travel
-Occasional errands
-Scheduling and receiving water and firewood
-Preparing the home for the principal’s arrival

$50 hour on the books

We are helping a very private, kind and busy family find a Spanish speaking 3 day per week hybrid house manager and housekeeper. There is a deep cleaning crew that comes weekly, so you will be maintaining in between. Mom is a stay at home mom and tries to stay on top of everything, but just being her team player is very important! Privacy and discretion is very important for this family! They are also looking for candidates that have longevity in their roles.

Duties will include:
-Checking the mail
-Loading and unloading the dishwasher
-Feeding, walking and playing with their German shepherd
-Daily walk thru’s of the home to ensure everything is in working order
-Liasing with landscapers and contractors as needed
-Checking the pool to make sure it is clean
-Family laundry, occasional ironing
-Fruit and veggie cut up (no cooking)
-Running errands
-Very rarely you might be asked to help pick a child up from an activity, so being kid friendly is very important!

Our client is an amazing and kind couple with a beautiful home in Hancock Park. They are looking to replace their longtime Housekeeper who is retiring.

The schedule is 8:30am to 5:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break. You may occasionally be asked to stay late.

The family hosts parties two to three times per year on a Sunday and will ask for your support, with a different day off provided in exchange.

Compensation is $40–$45 hour on payroll, along with two weeks of paid vacation, six major holidays off with pay, paid sick days, and a health insurance stipend.

Standard household duties include laundry, ironing, vacuuming, dusting, organizing, and bed making. Cleaning windows in frequently used areas (no ladders) is also appreciated, as is walking the dog and watering some outdoor plants.

They are seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeper who is bilingual in English and Spanish, has wonderful references, is legally authorized to work in the U.S., and has a clean background.

This cool young family – pregnant with their first baby in July, needs a full time wonderful housekeeper for their 8000 sq ft home in Manhattan Beach. The family travels every 2 weeks so while they are gone, you will have time to help organized different rooms for other projects to keep the house up to speed. Our client is a couple (no pets; no children) seeking a full-time Executive Housekeeper to work Monday–Friday from approximately 9:00am to 5:00pm, with flexibility to stay later as needed.

This is an executive-level housekeeping role, ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a beautifully run home.

Our clients love keeping their home clean and organized! They are looking for a great housekeeper who can help them twice a week, they are open to the days, Monday and Thursday or Tuesday or Thursday would be great.

Please have great attention to detail and be excited to keep their home gorgeous. The wife is retired and in and out of the house during the day. Husband goes to his office and is gone most of the day. The two little dogs are their children, so a housekeeper who loves dogs is important in this home! They send most of the clothes to the dry cleaners that need to be ironed, but like the sheets ironed at home and an occasional dress shirt.
