Executive Housekeeper
OVERVIEW Seeking a highly experienced, service-minded full-time, year-round Executive Housekeeper to oversee the operations and housekeeping team across multiple residences. This is a leadership role responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, wardrobe care, and home readiness. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally detail-oriented, flexible, proactive, and capable of managing teams, systems, and schedules across an active and dynamic household. Position reports to the Estate Manager and works closely with Principals, assistants and other team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES
● Supervise, train, and manage a team of housekeepers across multiple properties; provide ongoing feedback and performance management.
● Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the family, team and guests. Lead by example with a calm, discreet and professional demeanor
● Oversee housekeeping operations and schedules across all family residences
● Perform daily inspections and monitor adherence to established household protocols.
● Develop and perform detailed seasonal deep-cleans to ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standard.
● Occasional travel to other properties for 2-4 weeks at a time.
● Ensure seamless transitions between properties and readiness for principal arrivals. ● Run errands if needed
● Create and maintain organized inventories of cleaning supplies, linens, household goods, and pantry perishables in collaboration with Estate Manager, chef and or assistants and replenish supplies as needed
● Provide expert laundry and wardrobe care, including washing laundry, hand washing special items, and ironing garments and bedding
● Packing unpacking for travel and seasonal wardrobe rotation.
● Collaborate with Estate Manager and team members to create and maintain detailed closet inventories for Principals and children.
● Identify, tag, and track purchases and communicate to Estate Manager and assistants to ensure visibility and organization.
● Work with the team to prepare guest rooms, ensuring exceptional presentation and amenities.
● Partner with the Estate Manager, Personal Executive Assistants, Chef, and other household team members to support daily operations and special projects.
● Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to last-minute changes in handling evolving priorities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS and QUALIFICATIONS
● At least 5-7 years of proven experience in large private home or luxury hospitality, preferably long-standing relationships with each prior employer
● Maintain utmost discretion and confidentiality in all aspects of service.
● Highly professional, discreet, and polished with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
● Physically capable of handling tasks such as standing, pushing, pulling, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds
● Comfortable working in homes with children and pets.
● Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual Spanish preferred.
● Valid passport; ability to travel on short notice. Domestic and international travel may be required.
● Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Hourly rate is $65-$70 hour

Wonderful Beverly Hills clients are seeking an exceptional full-time Housekeeper to join their busy, well-run household. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is flexible, highly organized, and takes pride in creating a clean, beautiful, and welcoming home.
The schedule is Friday through Tuesday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM, with Wednesdays and Thursdays off. Overnight stays are required on Monday and Tuesday evenings. After your workday ends at 4:30 PM, you are free to enjoy your evening—go out for dinner, relax, or stay in for the night before starting work the following morning.
You will be responsible for the overall care and upkeep of this large family home, including detailed housekeeping and organization. Laundry is not part of this role, as the family employs a dedicated laundress.
The ideal candidate has excellent references, is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys supporting a warm, established family.
Compensation: $45 per hour.

We are helping our client find an amazing executive housekeeper to come either Tuesdays or Wednesdays to her 1800 sq ft apartment in the West Village. She is very organized and tidy, so she needs someone who is very meticulous and detail-oriented. She has very high end art work and furnishings, so please be very well-versed in high end items! This job does not require any laundry, you will only drop her laundry off at the cleaners and pick it up each week. You will put away her sheets and towels and she will put her own laundry away. There is no cooking with this role. There are 2 small dogs in the home, so please be pet friendly! You will open the door for them to potty on the terrace, and make sure they come back in. They have a lot of very delicate clothing and one of a kind pieces of furniture. They are looking for you to be an expert in all things! They are moving into a new apartment and want someone who is excited to make their own systems. The Mrs does not care how you want to organize her closet or her kitchen – she just wants it to look beautiful and organized. They said they are “messy clean” type of people. They will rinse the dishes off, but they don’t load the dishwasher. She will try on 5 dresses, but not hang them back up. Please be okay with this! They will eventually have children, so please be kid-friendly as they are looking for their forever person. They are offering $55 per hour if you want to work 3 days per week and not cook and $60 per hour if you want to work 4 days per week and will cook plus meal prep on the 4th day. Our client is a very kind family based in a beautiful Beverly Hills home, seeking an experienced housekeeper to join an existing team of three. This is a highly collaborative household, so we are looking for someone who is a strong team player and enjoys working alongside others.

The schedule is Monday–Friday from approximately 7:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. You will be compensated for 8 hours per day, even though the typical end time is around 1:00 p.m. (occasionally up to 3:00 p.m. as needed).
