We are helping the nicest family find the best of the best for their vacation home! They are in residence roughly 60 days per year, so you should know how to care for a beach front home that is not a primary residence. You will be in charge of all cleaning duties, creating daily…weekly..monthly deep cleaning schedules and understand how to oversee routine maintenance and routine cleanings (coffee makers etc). You should also know how to walk a home and spot things that need a vendor or handyman (wood, stone, marble, etc). You should have an excellent eye for detail, be able to offer invisible service when Mr and Mrs are in residence, know how to stay busy when the home is not occupied and be an amazing team player. This family has had staff for 20 plus years – no one leaves them! They have very high standards and expect the best, but in turn take amazing care of their staff. When the family is in residence, you will grocery shop, run errands, all cleaning, laundry (iron all clothing), sheets are sent out to be pressed and be very hospitable when the family is there. They will hire an additional housekeeper to help you when the house is full with guests. This is primarily a Mon-Fri role with a flexible start and end time, but when the family is in residence, the schedule will fluctuate based on their needs. The family will make sure you are well-trained by their primary residence housekeeper, and you will have a full support system to lean on should you need any help! They want the best!! We are helping our clients in Vancouver find the best executive housekeeper. You will have one housekeeper under you, that you will help lead and mentor. You will report directly to the EA, and the family as needed.

Your duties include:
-Inventory management of every room and all items in the rooms, including pantry management
-Maintenance coordination
-Create housekeeping protocols across the entire estate and guest homes
-Ensure every space is pristine
-Conduct regular walk through’s of the home
-Grocery shop and ensure favorites are always in the home
-Clean coffee machine bi-weekly
-Rotate pantry items
-Coordinate carpet, upholstery, stone, wood, and specialty surface care to maintain the highest standards of presentation
-Manage projects such as stain removal, fabric restoration, seasonal refreshes, and specialty cleaning
-Coordinate with maintenance personnel and external vendors to ensure repairs are completed promptly and to the highest standard
-Ensure household equipment, furnishings, artwork, fixtures, and finishes are properly maintained and cared for
-Track maintenance requests and follow projects through to completion
-Create detailed checklists, inventories, operating manuals, and arrival departure protocols
-Establish consistent systems for stocking, inspections, reporting, maintenance follow-up, and quality control
Support special events, guests, and seasonal transitions as required
-Plus any ad hoc duties

Executive Housekeeper
OVERVIEW Seeking a highly experienced, service-minded full-time, year-round Executive Housekeeper to oversee the operations and housekeeping team across multiple residences. This is a leadership role responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, wardrobe care, and home readiness. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally detail-oriented, flexible, proactive, and capable of managing teams, systems, and schedules across an active and dynamic household. Position reports to the Estate Manager and works closely with Principals, assistants and other team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES
● Supervise, train, and manage a team of housekeepers across multiple properties; provide ongoing feedback and performance management.
● Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the family, team and guests. Lead by example with a calm, discreet and professional demeanor
● Oversee housekeeping operations and schedules across all family residences
● Perform daily inspections and monitor adherence to established household protocols.
● Develop and perform detailed seasonal deep-cleans to ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standard.
● Occasional travel to other properties for 2-4 weeks at a time.
● Ensure seamless transitions between properties and readiness for principal arrivals. ● Run errands if needed
● Create and maintain organized inventories of cleaning supplies, linens, household goods, and pantry perishables in collaboration with Estate Manager, chef and or assistants and replenish supplies as needed
● Provide expert laundry and wardrobe care, including washing laundry, hand washing special items, and ironing garments and bedding
● Packing unpacking for travel and seasonal wardrobe rotation.
● Collaborate with Estate Manager and team members to create and maintain detailed closet inventories for Principals and children.
● Identify, tag, and track purchases and communicate to Estate Manager and assistants to ensure visibility and organization.
● Work with the team to prepare guest rooms, ensuring exceptional presentation and amenities.
● Partner with the Estate Manager, Personal Executive Assistants, Chef, and other household team members to support daily operations and special projects.
● Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to last-minute changes in handling evolving priorities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS and QUALIFICATIONS
● At least 5-7 years of proven experience in large private home or luxury hospitality, preferably long-standing relationships with each prior employer
● Maintain utmost discretion and confidentiality in all aspects of service.
● Highly professional, discreet, and polished with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
● Physically capable of handling tasks such as standing, pushing, pulling, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds
● Comfortable working in homes with children and pets.
● Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual Spanish preferred.
● Valid passport; ability to travel on short notice. Domestic and international travel may be required.
● Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Hourly rate is $65-$70 hour
