The house needs attention outside most of the time. The grill and the dog area needs cleaning. Inside, we have an outside balcony that needs sweeping – the furniture outside also needs cleaning. Part-Time Housekeeper — Private Residence in Calabasas
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive part-time housekeeper to assist with the ongoing care and maintenance of a private residence in Calabasas.
This position is well suited for an individual with prior experience working in private homes, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to uphold a residence to a consistently high standard with minimal supervision.
Schedule
3 to 4 days per week, preferably Monday Wednesday Friday

Specific hours may be discussed based on experience and availability
Responsibilities include:
• General housekeeping and daily household upkeep
• Deep cleaning on a rotating schedule
• Cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
• Laundry, folding, and wardrobe care
• Changing bed linens and maintaining bedrooms
• Organizing closets, drawers, laundry room, and other household spaces
• Monitoring household supplies and communicating when items require replenishment
• Light pet-related cleaning
• Maintaining a clean, orderly, and guest-ready home environment
• Demonstrating initiative and proactively identifying tasks that require attention
The ideal candidate:
• Has prior experience working in high-end private residences
• Is highly reliable and punctual
• Is discreet, trustworthy, and respectful of confidentiality and privacy
• Is comfortable around dogs
• Possesses strong laundry and organizational skills

Requirements:
• Previous experience in professional housekeeping
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Compensation:
$40–50 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Paid holidays include New Year’s Day, Labor Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
The principals travel several weeks throughout the year, during which the schedule and workload may be lighter while compensation remains consistent.
30 min paid lunch break.
