We’re looking for a dedicated and proactive Executive Housekeeper to join a busy, loving family in Cheviot Hills. The family has two young children (ages 3 and 5) and a sweet German Shepherd, and both parents work outside the home. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who loves keeping a home running smoothly, takes pride in their work, and enjoys being part of a supportive household team.
About the Role:
• You will manage day-to-day household operations, keeping everything organized, running efficiently, and well-stocked.
• You’ll supervise vendors, service providers, and household maintenance, ensuring everything from appliances to systems is functioning properly.
• You’ll collaborate with the afternoon nanny and other household staff as a true team player.
• You’ll take initiative to anticipate the family’s needs — whether it’s arranging repairs, restocking supplies, or helping keep the household calendar on track.
• Your role is hands-on, from cleaning and organizing to keeping the home welcoming and well-maintained.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
• Is legally authorized to work in the U.S. with a clean background.
• Has a track record of longevity and reliability in previous positions.
• Holds a valid driver’s license and is comfortable driving if needed.
• Thrives working independently and taking initiative.
• Has strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Is collaborative, approachable, and a true team player within the household.
Schedule and Compensation:
• Full-time, typically 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with flexibility to start earlier or end later by an hour if needed.
• Excellent hourly pay, PTO, and a stipend toward health insurance.
