Key points: you don’t need to manage the rest of the staff, you need to be positive and take pride in your work, and have good trouble shooting tinkering skills. Ideally you can drive the family in a pinch (infrequent, but being car savvy is helpful) and able to manage subs for minor repairs. The current hours are 7:30-3:30 Monday – Friday because of rush hour. You might start by cleaning the kitchen after the kids leave for breakfast and generally tidying up the downstairs area before moving outside. The role includes cleaning cars, purchasing plants to supplement what the landscape team works on, window washing, some of the heavy downstairs cleaning, assembling new items etc. PLease let us know if you are interested!
